IT HelpDesk Update - v2.4
Description
This will update the IT HelpDesk module from v2.3.1 to v2.4 for the introupe system.
It is highly recommended to install this update even if you do not experience any of the problems stated below.
This update contains the following changes:
- View reports on tickets
- Show/hide categories, common problems, priority, etc.
- Allow admins to give reasons why tickets have been submitted.
- Edit categories, common problems, and reasons.
- LDAP related bugs resolved:
- View users' tickets
Instructions
Download Update
- Click the 'Download Update' link above.
- Accept the license agreement and the download will start.
- BACKUP YOUR INTRANET AND DATABASE
- Run the update on the server. It will not work otherwise
- Access the IT HelpDesk module via a web browser.
- Open the new 'Manage' menu item.
- Select and specify all desired options and save them.
- Finished
